Your family's story, kept forever.

Boxes of prints, drawers of tapes, thousands of photos on your phone. Your memories deserve better than being scattered and slowly fading. I help families digitize, organize, and celebrate a lifetime of photos, so the stories behind them are never lost.

Three ways to help

From digital backups to albums in hand.

Whether you want to do it yourself with the right tools, hold a beautiful finished album, or hand the whole project to someone who loves this work. There's a path that fits.

Photos in a drawer are stories waiting to be lost.

Meet Phyllis

Saving photos since junior high.

I've been helping people save and celebrate their photos since 2002. I live in Edmond with my husband David, ten houses from two of our grandchildren, so I know exactly how fast the photos pile up, and how precious they become.

Get to know me

Kind words

Families who can find their photos again.

I handed Phyllis forty years of shoeboxes and she handed me back my family's story: organized, labeled, and safe. My kids can actually find their grandparents' photos now. I cried at the reveal, in the best way.

I'd been "meaning to make an album" for a decade. With Phyllis's help I finished three: beautiful, photo-safe, and sitting on our coffee table where everyone actually looks at them. She makes it easy and so much fun.

Common questions

Wondering where to start?

What does a photo preservation consultant do?

A photo preservation consultant helps you rescue and organize your family photos, videos, and documents. That can mean digitizing old prints, slides, and tapes; organizing digital photos scattered across phones and computers; creating printed albums; and setting up a system so everything stays findable and safely backed up for future generations.

Do you work with people outside of Edmond, Oklahoma?

Yes. I work with local families in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area in person, and with clients anywhere through the FOREVER platform, video calls, and mail-in digitizing. Distance is not a barrier to preserving your memories.

My photos are a complete mess. Is it too late to organize them?

It is never too late. Most of my clients start with decades of unsorted prints and tens of thousands of digital photos. We start with a simple plan, sort what matters most first, and make steady progress. You don't have to do it all at once, and you don't have to do it alone.
